What the Health?! Mid-weigh check-in.



It's Tues, Feb 14th - Happy Valentines Day. I'm 45 days into my 90 day personal challenge to lose 30 lbs in 90 days. Last week I celebrated losing 22 total lbs. Today I have a confession to make. Find out why I'm pissed at myself...

  1. bahahahahahahaaha Well, I'm glad you're honest. :) After all, we're only human. It's all about the 90/10 balance. I always tell my nutrition clients that it's good and actually important to be a little "bad" sometimes... we'll be more likely to stick to being healthy if we're not restricting ourselves. Hope you enjoyed it fully!! ;)
