Coconuts

Coconut provides a nutritious source of meat, juice, milk and oil that has fed and nourished populations around the world for generations.  On many islands, it's the staple diet!

Many people avoid coconut because they say 'it's high in fat!’  Dispel the myth - saturated fats from plants are not dangerous! Coconut Oil possesses healing properties far beyond any other dietary oil and is extensively used in traditional medicine among the pacific island people.

It is one of the healthiest oils you can consume.  It is rich in lauric acid which is known for having anit-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It also contains no trans fat... and you can even use it on your skin to prevent wrinkles! Speaking of skin care - two of my favorite skin creams are coconut based - "Coconut Dream" and "Sublime" are both all natural products and are amazing for their age-defying properties as well as their moisturizing ability. Check out the Wholefood Farmacy and their line of other natural and nutritious products.
